Neon Signs CAN NOT be shipped outside of the USA.

DELIVERY: All orders will be shipped within 4-7 business days unless it is a custom sign and then it will take 7-10 business days before shipping. It is also agreed that any person receiving the delivery is authorized to sign the delivery receipt. If the delivery is unable to be accepted on the scheduled date, an additional delivery surcharge will be added before the package can be re-delivered.

ADDITIONAL TERMS: All Massachusetts Residents must pay 6.25% sales tax. Our offer for free shipping is limited to the 48 contiguous states. This does not include Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or any of the other U.S. territories.

Returns

DAMAGE CLAIMS:
All claims for breakage and/or damage, must be reported immediately to Allneonsigns.com. Any merchandise that becomes damaged during shipping must be reported to Allneonsigns.com within 3 days after receiving the package. Failure to report any claims for breakage and/or damage within 3 days, will nullify the claim. After a damage claim is made, a refund or new sign may be acquired by the consumer, pending approval from Allneonsigns.com. CUSTOM SIGNS are not returnable under any circumstance.

RETURNS: CUSTOM SIGNS are not returnable under any circumstance. In the event that a customer wants to make a return for reasons other than breakage/damage, signs must be reported to Allneonsigns.com within 3 days and are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus freight and handling charges. All returns must be approved by Allneonsigns.com.
