Neon Signs CAN NOT be shipped outside of the USA.

SHIP TIMES: All orders ship from California. Most orders will be shipped within 4-7 business days unless it is a custom sign and then it will take 7-10 business days before shipping. It is also agreed that any person receiving the delivery is authorized to sign the delivery receipt. If the delivery is unable to be accepted on the scheduled date, an additional delivery surcharge will be added before the package can be re-delivered.

ADDITIONAL TERMS: All Massachusetts Residents must pay 6.25% sales tax. Our offer for free shipping is limited to the 48 contiguous states. This does not include Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or any of the other U.S. territories.


No Breakage Guarantee we have a 100% No Breakage Guarantee and expect your purchase to arrive in excellent condition. Because of the nature of the product, all sales are considered final and items may not be returned for refund or exchange. Items may be returned for replacement or repair due to delivery breakage or if covered under the warranty policy. Each product comes with a warranty, please see details below.

In order for us to provide the 100% No Breakage Guarantee we need you to follow these guidelines.

Open your purchase within 24 hours of receiving the package or in front of the delivery person if possible. Do not break the inner seal or remove the sign from the inner box before plugging it in and testing the sign for damage. The sign must be returned in its original box if there is a problem. Notify us within 24 hours of Delivery if you have any claim related to breakage. Otherwise we will not be able to honor any claims related to damage during shipping, especially if you have removed the sign from the shipping box. We will arrange a call tag to be issued from UPS to return the sign to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Warranty Returns PLEASE KEEP ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING FOR THE DURATION OF THE WARRANTY PERIOD All Neon Business signs carry a manufacturer's 1 year warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty is only valid for products that are returned in their original inner and outer boxes, along with all original packing materials in place. You must contact our customer service department for a Return Authorization Number and approval to return the item. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

If the sign fails in the first 30 days from the date of receipt, we will pay the freight to ship the sign back, after 30 days the customer will be responsible for the freight cost using our lower shipping rates. The manufacturer will repair or replace the sign.

Breakage claims must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. Any breakage claim not reported within 24 hours will be resolved by us sending you the replacement parts at your expense.

All claims for breakage and/or damage, must be reported immediately to Allneonsigns.com. Any merchandise that becomes damaged during shipping must be reported to Allneonsigns.com within 3 days after receiving the package. Failure to report any claims for breakage and/or damage within 3 days, will nullify the claim. After a damage claim is made, a refund or new sign may be acquired by the consumer, pending approval from Allneonsigns.com. CUSTOM SIGNS are not returnable under any circumstance.

RETURNS: CUSTOM SIGNS are not returnable under any circumstance. In the event that a customer wants to make a return for reasons other than breakage/damage, signs must be reported to Allneonsigns.com within 3 days and are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus freight and handling charges. All returns must be approved by Allneonsigns.com.
