Business Neon Sign Policy
Most Business neon signs are shipped so that the sign can be tested without removing it from the box. The sign must be plugged in and tested prior to removing it from the inner box. If the sign does not light, contact us immediately. Do not break the seal x or remove the sign from the inner box. Doing so will forfeit any claim for damage that may have occured during shipping.
Neon Business signs not in stock usually take about 3-5 business days to make and are then shipped out via UPS ground.
Business Neon Sign
Warranty Policy upon initial arrival of product: All orders are guaranteed to arrive without breakage. If upon delivery (and following the instructions for plugging testing) the sign does not light, please contact our Customer Service Department within 24 hours. A damage call tag will be issued with UPS for the pick up and return of the sign for repair or replacement. Please allow 2-5 days to return the repaired, or a replacement, sign.
Warranty: All signs carry a (1) year warranty from date of purchase. Hot Swap transformers carry a (2) year warranty. The warranty is based on product being returned for evaluation in both the original inner and outer boxes along with all original packing materials in place. Product not returned in its original packaging will null & void the original warranty. In addition, the shipping fees and any repair charges will be the responsibility of the customer. You must contact our customer service department for a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA #) prior to shipping the product back to us. Your return authorization number must be clearly visible on the outside of the carton that is being returned. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. . Please allow 2-5 days to ship the repaired, or a replacement, sign.
Neon Bar Sign Policy
A. Our policy for Neon Bar signs states that we do not accept returns or refunds on our neon beer signs. All signs are guaranteed to arrive unbroken.
B. You must report any breakage to us within 24 hours of delivery of your neon bar sign.
C. Breakage not reported within 24 hours will result in all replacement units that need to be sent, will be at the expense of the customer.
D. You are agreeing that should your sign need repair during the warranty period that All Neon Signs will provide the required units that need to be replaced. You will be the responsible party for making the necessary repairs.
E. Pictures may be required in certain instances in order to determine the extent of damage and the action that will be taken by All Neon Signs.
F. All Neon Bar signs carry a 90 day warranty.
There are no refunds or exchanges on “purchased” transformers/electrical components. All transformers carry a 1-year warranty except HOTSWAP transformers which carry a 2-year warranty. Under warranty terms, customers will be responsible for the initial shipping (to our warehouse) for testing.
With Original Packaging
Warranty from 30 days to 1 year: If a sign fails for any reason after (30) days of receipt, the customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the sign to us for evaluation. This will be on our UPS account which affords you the lowest possible cost for shipping plus the insurance for shipping neon (UPS, FEDEX & DHL do not usually honor claims for neon glass breakage during shipping). The charge to return your sign (with the original packaging) is as follows:
o $69 Open and $89 Deco Signs cost to return $21.00
o 13x32 Size sign (or Box size 38 x 10 x 23) cost to return $21.00
o 20x37 Size sign (or Box size 43 x 10 x 29) cost to return $36.00
o 24x31 Size sign (or Box size 37 x 11 x 31) cost to return $38.00
Without Original Packaging

The entire sign must be returned for evaluation. Customer will purchase the packaging material from our inventory. Credit card billing authorization will be requested from the customer. The packaging material will ship to the customer so that the product can be returned (in the original packaging) for evaluation. UPS return labels, shipping instructions and the RMA# will be sent (via email). This will be on our UPS account which affords you the lowest possible cost for shipping as well as insurance for shipping neon (UPS, FEDEX & DHL do not usually honor claims for neon glass breakage during shipping). The charge to return your sign is as follows:
o $69 Open and $89 Deco Signs cost of shipping and packaging material is $21.00

o 20x37 Size sign (or Box size 43 x 10 x 29) of shipping and packaging material is $81.00

The applicable charges must be billed prior to issuing a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA#). An authorization to bill your credit card will be requested (via email). The packaging materials, shipping instructions (informing you of “how” and “where” to ship your sign) will accompany the email.
